Low Vibe Reciprocating Saw

The new reciprocating saw from Hitachi has low vibrations, so it can be used all day with less fatigue. Pick up the CR13VBY and it appears to be a conventional reciprocating saw. But, pull the trigger and there is nothing conventional about it. The company's patented UVP technology uses a counterweight that reduces vibration by over 65%. The 12Amp motor and variable speed dial allow the user to adjust speed for the working conditions and material. The user can also decide between a straight cutting mode for certain applications, or a “swing cut” for significantly less rebound (as compared to traditional orbital action). It also has a tool-less blade change, and blades can be inserted upward or downward (except in swing cut mode). The saw delivers a stroke length of 1-1/4” at 0-3,000 SPM, and this also contributes to its rapid cutting performance.

The Next Generation of Spray Guns

It's a new company, a new product and a new philosophy. The company, DUX Area, Inc. was officially formed in January 2004. The product is an unusual looking spray gun that is nothing less than a more effective way to deliver sprayed finishes. It delivers from 15 to 40% savings! And the philosophy is based on a decision to deliver a high quality finish and exceed all current environmental regulations. This new gun is forcing the finishing industry to take a whole new look at economical and environmental issues. So far, it's typically used in industrial environments where large quantities of the same coatings are sprayed throughout the day. The gun receives both atomizing air and fluid through its base, for better balance and ease of use.
