2005 Woodlander Gatherings
An unusual arts and crafts event is planned for New York's magnificent Hudson River Valley in late August, and another in central Wisconsin is scheduled for early July. Woodlander Gatherings have been happening around the country for the past five years. These are opportunities for artists, craftspeople, gardeners, eco-spiritualists and others who have an interest in earth-based activities to get together, share information and discuss issues of an economic, political and spiritual nature. Rustic artist and author Daniel Mack is hosting both events.

There are over thirty workshops and events planned during the three days and is it "a rich opportunity for career development and networking for area artists and craftspeople," according to Mack. Admission is by registration for the whole event, or by the day.

The machine (model number 81221) has cast iron tilt table for the sanding disk and belt, plus vertical or horizontal positions on the belt sander.
