New Pre-carved Roughouts Carving Solutions is proud to announce several new and unique pre-carved designs for wood carvers. Appropriately called The Slab, they are pre-carved from northern Minnesota basswood to closely resemble Mother Nature in texture and appearance. Because the bark will not fall off, they offer the woodcarver a variety of options. Simply paint to your liking and then carve. Excellent for beginners and experienced carvers alike, they provide a nice alternative to carving spirit faces using found wood. Now carvers can enjoy carving good wood which is less time-consuming, holds detail better, and iseasier on the hands. Offered in two styles/sizes to suit your needs. For more info, visit
