Fine Furnishings Providence
Show
The 10th Anniversary Fine Furnishings Providence Show will take place at the Rhode Island Convention Center on October 21 - 23. The Newport Showhouse Guild will be creating a fully decorated "house" inside the exhibit hall. Comprised of at least eight rooms containing furniture and accessories made by show exhibitors, the 3,000 square foot floor plan will include a kitchen, dining room, living room, den, office, and bedrooms. Outside space will include a porch, a pond or fountain built by Tranquil Water Gardens, and a brand new Bentley motorcar from Bentley Providence, which will sit on a driveway to be built by Pavers & More. Interior designers from throughout New England are being invited to decorate the rooms and compete for awards in several categories. The primary focal point in each room must be an exhibitor's "capable cabinet", the theme for this year's product parade. |
